Jeremy Madea is the author and maintainer of jpgtn. 

It is based on "gtnpic" by Willie Daniel which was itself based on "tnpic" by 
Russell Marks. 

Terry Mackintosh contributed code to an earlier version of jpgtn but it has 
been removed.
